Grill bacon and place on a paper towel to drain. Sautee capsicum and red onion with a drizzle of avocado oil.Cut avocados in half and remove the seed.Spoon capsicum, onion, and bacon into avocado halves and top with parmesan cheese.Place under grill for approximately 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with cracked pepper & serve.
