Feeling fruity?

A few years ago, Robyn and Henry Willner saw a for sale sign at Port Stephens Avocados. They drove in to have a look around, and an hour later were the new owners.

Although they are savoury and treated like a vegetable, Avocados are fruit. Anything with seeds inside is classified as fruit. Pumpkins, capsicums, zucchinis too. Avocados, with their large seed in the middle, are fruit, and they're mighty tasty.

They have high levels of the good fats we need, and plenty of vitamins too.
