Paul and the crew came here to cook with executive chef of Darley’s Restaurant, Hugh Whitehouse.

Hugh has been with the award winning Darley’s for five years. Last year it was awarded Regional Restaurant of the Year and earned one chef’s hat.

This year, they’ve gone one better and have two chef’s hats. .
