Fishing
Catch of the day.
Jeff Brown reckons he's got a couple of fool-proof methods of catching fish.
One is called ‘chuck ‘n’ chance’ and the other one's called ‘intelligent chuck ‘n’ chance’. Chuck ‘n’ chance means throw a fly or a lure pretty much anywhere and hope for a bite.
The Intelligent way is to see where the water is flowing, down past a weed bed where the fish are hiding. Intelligent or not, the fish became very camera shy and refused to come for dinner. The method Paul employed was called 'chuck it in', and he went to the fish shop.
To get to the Blue Mountains, Jestar flies to Sydney from 14 cities across Australia. From there, it's about a two hour drive to escape the hustle and bustle and just . . . relax.
