Woodford Honey is owned and run by Lyle and Karen Clinton and are a great example of what Cittaslow is all about with thousands of bees doing their work for them.

Bees work very hard, pollinating and fertilizing flowers, which then grow into fruits and vegetables for us to eat. If the bee population disappeared about 95% of our food crops would be gone. Woodford Honey offers a huge range of lovely honeys to taste, along with delicious ‘high tea’, using home grown seasonal produce and lashings of honey.

To get to the Blue Mountains, Jestar flies to Sydney from 14 cities across Australia. From there, it's about a two hour drive to escape the hustle and bustle and just . . .  relax.
