Ingredients - 1 small red capsicum, chopped finely
- 1 small green capsicum, chopped finely
- 1 large red onion, chopped finely
- 1 large tomato, chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped finely.
¼ cup (60ml) french dressing - 2 cloves, garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 beef fillet steaks (600gr)
- homous (any style- from the supermarket is fine)
- wattle seed (to taste in the homous)
- wakha pukha dukha seasoning - available from suppliers.
| Method To make salsa, combine capsicums, onion, tomato, coriander, dressing, garlic & cumin in medium bowl. Mix well. Cook with beef on heated oiled bbq, uncovered. Season with wakha pukha dukha, cook until browned and cooked as desired. Serve with capsicums, salsa, homous and grilled flat bread.
