"It's wonderful to be able to give my interpretation of the dreaming. It's the mapping of the land, the rules and morals. It is a belief system and ultimately it is about keeping the environment alive."
When it comes to food in this harsh country, it's not about quantity or yield, it's about making the most of what mother earth supplies.
Bob cooked a kangaroo tail for Paul, over an open fire. It tasted delicious and went down nicely with bush-spice damper.
"I'm a strong believer that everything you put on the table is something that's made a sacrifice for us. Whether it be environment or animal. You look after food you treat it nicely, it's not just something that you put in your mouth and eat."
