There's no town like Alice.

Alice Springs is Australia's most famous outback town. It's cradled by the MacDonnell ranges and surrounded by some pretty harsh desert.

You're probably wondering what sort of fresh produce you could find in the middle of the desert. A  fair bit as it turns out, thanks to local ingenuity and knowledge going back generations.
